Frances Louise Mendez, 37, of Cuero passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014.
She was born March 8, 1977 in Gonzales to Gilbert Mendez, Sr. and Angelita Padilla.
She is survived by her father; brothers, John Angel Navejar and Gilbert Mendez, Jr.
She is preceded in death by her mother.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary beginning at 7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014, 11 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father David Berger officiating. Interment will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers include David Allen Padilla, Steven Canales, Robert Mendez, Daniel Villarreal, Ernest Mendez, Jr., and Maurico Canales.
To help defray funeral expenses, the family requests donations be made to Freund Funeral Home in lieu of flowers.
