
Manuella Flores, 69, of Cuero took her last breath on earth and her first breath in heaven on August 8, 2014.
She was born in Taft, Texas on October 22, 1944, to the late Thomas Rosales, and Manuella Sanchez Rosales. Manuela Flores was a dedicated housewife that enjoyed serving her children and grandchildren. Her faithful prayers and loving smile will be greatly missed but we all take comfort in knowing that God has wiped away every tear and taken away all her pain because of her faith in Jesus Christ.
Manuella is survived by five children; sons; Martin Flores, Sisto Flores, Santos Flores Jr., and daughters; Carmelita Barbontin and Rosie Salas. She is also survived by her brother Juan Rosales, her sister Andrea Garza, 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 2 great, great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Santos Ignacio Flores Sr., brothers Catarino Rosales, Jimmy Rosales, Thomas Rosales, Jose Rosales, Augustine Rosales, and sisters Santos Cardinas, Lupe Ramos, and Rosita Carillo, as well as one great-grandchild.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Jerusalem Bible Church in Cuero on Saturday August 16 at 5 p.m.
