Olee Washington Sr. passed away on July 12, 2015 in Houston from cancer at the age of 74.
Olee was born in Dewitt County to Matt Washington & Gertrude Stewart Washington. Olee moved to Houston at an early age and was married to Katie Whittington Washington and had two children, Ondre Washington and Olee Washington Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Clara Taylor, Willie Mae Allen, Ernestine Battles, Gladys Washington and stepson Sammy. He leaves to morn his wife Geraldine Washington (Joshlyn), sons Ondre Washington of Houston, Olee Washington Sr of Dallas, sisters Eloise Dailey of Cuero, Mattie Washington McGilbray of Houston, brother Brewster Washington of Cuero and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
