Tomasita Sims, 82, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015 at 9:30 p.m. in Victoria. Tomasita was born on Sept. 4, 1932 in Bloomington. She was a member of Faith Family Church in Victoria.
Tomasita is survived by her son, Richard Garcia Sr.; daughter, Linda Villa; eight grandchildren: Christopher Villa, Anthony Villa, Richard Garcia Jr., Jonathan Garcia, Eric Garcia, Sarah Garcia, Johnny Garcia and Lauren Jaramillo and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Sims and her son, Reynoldo Garcia Jr.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 2 p.m. with Mark Longoria officiating.
