Annabel Randow Horny, 94, of Yorktown passed away Thursday Oct. 15, 2015. She was born Dec. 15, 1920 in Yorktown to the late Robert and Anna Woytek Randow. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Yorktown. She worked at Yorktown Community Bank for 21 years. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and loved animals.
She is survived by her husband, of 76 years, John N. Horny, sons John R. Horny and wife Wanda all of Yorktown, Darrell Horny and wife Monika of Statesville NC; grandchildren Dale Horny and wife Gretchen, Donya Robinett and husband Larry; great grandchildren Cruz and Sofia Robinett and Blake Horny and Amy Janssen, Tabitha Horny; great great grandchildren Zane Wyatt Horny.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Lornette Barringer.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday Oct. 19 at Massey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Oct. 20 at Massey Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Westside Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Owen, Blake Horny, Dale Horny and Douglas Franke. Honorary pallbearers will Cruz Robinett, Sofia Robinett, Tabitha Horny and Zane Wyatt Horny.
Memorials can be given to Hospice of South Texas or donors choice.
