Myrna Loy Feril, 80, joined her heavenly family Monday, January 25, 2016.
She was born April 22, 1935 in Houston to the late Charles F. and Aubrey Mae Jacobs Quast.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Methodist Women’s Group, Literary Club, Pilot Club, Progressive Study Club, Bridge Club, former board member of Blue Bonnet Youth Ranch, Friends of the Library and Victoria Fine Arts.
She married the love of her life, Travis Feril June 26, 1952 and they had two sons and one daughter.
Survivors are daughter, Tama Feril Disharoon (Steve) of Yoakum; sons, Aubrey Feril (Beth) of Cuero and Roque Feril (Karen) of Yoakum; grandchildren, Cody Feril (Nancy) of Hallettsville, Blair Feril of Yoakum, Hunter Feril (Kirstin) of Cypress, Reagan Feril of Cuero, John Fisher Smith IV “Cuatro” (Stephanie) of Bandera and Kallie Disharoon of College Station; great-grandchildren, Kenadie and Brinlee Feril and Madison Smith; brother, Dr. Don Quast of Houston.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Travis Feril.
Visitation was Thursday, January 28, at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home.
Funeral service was Friday, January 29, 2016, at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home with Rev. Warren Hornung officiating.
Entombment was at Yoakum Restland Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to Yoakum First United Methodist Church or Blue Bonnet Youth Ranch.
