Victor B. Garcia of Cuero - father, brother, uncle, cousin, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend - passed into eternal rest on March 24, 2016.
Victor was born in Goliad, where he enjoyed family, his horses and being outdoors. Victor worked as a back hoe operator, where he retired after 37 years.
He is survived by five children, numerous brothers and sisters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents, Juan Garcia and Victoria Barrera, also four children and siblings.
They will receive friends and relatives for a memorial service Saturday, April 16 at 11 a.m. at Victory Family Church in Cuero.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Cuero Nursing & Rehab staff, Dr. Heard and Hospice.
