Alice “Jeannie” Fellers, age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on July 10, 2016 at 4:40 p.m. in Austin.
Jeannie was born in Laredo on Sept. 24, 1944 to Luther Lamar and Lili Bessie Riggs Coleman. She married Don Fellers on Dec. 15, 1962. Jeannie loved cooking, camping, traveling, and gardening.
She is survived her loving husband of 53 years, Don Fellers of Cedar Creek; Son, Ronald Fellers and wife Margaret of Austin; Daughters Donna Alford and husband Greg of Cedar Creek and Mary Harmon of Bastrop. Grandchildren: Joshua Fellers, Charlotte Fellers, Ariel Alford, Jake Alford, Chloe Alford, Michael Fellers and Seth Harmon. Sisters Shirley Ann Dunno of Victoria and Margaret Brietkze of Victoria.
Jeannie is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Luther and Leonard Coleman; sisters, Dorothy Coleman, Delcie Bowen and Ruby Harryman. Granddaughter Sarah Fellers.
