Santiago “Jimmy” Rios, Sr., 65, of Yorktown, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017. He was born August 30, 1951 in Yorktown, to Elisa Cantu Rios and the late Obiligio Rios.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea; sons, Andrew and Jeffrey Rios; daughter, Ariana Rios; grandchildren, Braleigh Gallegos, Elijah Fagan, Desmon Rios, Drew Rios, Avirey Rios, and Azelynn Rios; sisters, Rosie (Roy) Weise, Retha Rios, Eva (Ralph) Barefield, Debra Flores; brothers, Elix Rios, Tony Rios, Eugene Rios, Adam Torres and David Rodriguez.
He was preceded in death by his father; brothers, Genaro Rios Sr. and Obiligio Rios Jr.
Visitation will be 5 - 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Massey Funeral Home with Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Luis Catholic Cemetery.
