Lloyd Anthony Wesley, 59, of Cuero passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2017.
He was born on July 6, 1957 in Cuero, Texas to the late Abraham and Ora B. Wesley.
Lloyd is survived by his sisters Lena B. Wesley and Kathryn (Willie) L. Green, stepson Kevin (Cheryl) Metoyer, stepdaughter Tamara (Jason) Meyers, his brother Earl G. Williams, Sr., and brother in law Robert Holman.
In addition to his parents, Lloyd is preceded in death by his wife Audrey Wesley, and sisters Jonquil Holman and Marilyn Bell.
Serving as pallbearers were Kobe Metoyer, Benner Holman, David Bell, Fennis Green, Deon Green, and Ke’Aundre Green.
Honorary pallbearers were the 1975-1976 Gobbler Football Teams.
A viewing was held on Saturday, Jan. 7 from 10-11 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church with a funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. with Rev. Lawrence Roy II as Eulogist and Rev. D.A.
