Louis Gene Yaeger of Cuero passed away on Friday, May 24 at his home at the age of 76 years.
Louis was born April 4, 1937 in Corpus Christi to Gustavo and Thelma Skinner Yaeger. Louis married Kerry Girdler on Aug. 18, 1977 in Tripoli, Libya.
Louis is survived by his wife Kerry Yaeger of Cuero; three children and spouses, Luann Fossett, Martin and June Yaeger, and Abbie and Jerry Tidmore; four grandchildren, Adam Spatafora, Leif Yaeger, Kirby and Travis Tidmore; sister, Tudi Mathews; and mother of his children, Carol Yaeger.
Along with his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his sister, Vicki Boykin.
Graveside services and interment was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28 in the Brice Family Cemetery in Fredericksburg with Deacon Pat Klein officiating.
