Helen Louise Zuber Pullin, 75, of Cuero passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015. She was born June 20, 1940 in DeWitt County to the late Paul Zuber and Annie Henkes Zuber. She went on to marry the love of her life, Billy Arlis Pullin, on Nov. 25, 1956 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Cuero. She owned a daycare and after retirement, enjoyed being a foster parent for 10 years. Helen attended St. Michael's Catholic School in her youth, and was a member of the altar society. She was a member of Catholic Daughters for 50 years and served as Regent Director. She always cherished the time spent and memories made with her family. 
 
She is survived by her daughter, Tess Henry (Dr. Frank Henry) of Victoria; son, Tim Pullin (Majken Pullin) of Katy; sister, Rose DeDear of Victoria; and grandchildren, Zac Elsik of Frisco, Austin Elsik (Shaylyn) of San Antonio, Scarlett Elsik of Virginia, Paxton and Presley Pullin, both of Katy, Christina Henry of Houston, Matthew Henry of Vermont, and Andy Henry of Corpus Christi.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband; brothers, Teddy Zuber, Edwin Zuber, and Vincent Zuber.
Visitation will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Thursday, Sept. 17 starting at 9:30 a.m. with a Rosary to begin at 10:30 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with Father David Berger officiating. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Cuero.
 
Pallbearers include Frank Henry, Jeremy DeDear, Jason DeDear, Stanley Johnson, Darvin Mueller, and Brandon Mueller.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Building Fund or St. Michael's Catholic School.
