Kenneth Wyche

Kenneth Truman Wyche, 77, of Cuero passed away Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017. He was born Nov. 20, 1939 to the late William and Martha Doreck Wyche. He married Ann Hildebrandt on July 9, 1965 in Cuero. Ken graduated from Kenedy High School then went to Delmar College in Corpus Christi to become a Master Electrician. He was an honest, hardworking man and was always helping people. Ken worked for Alcoa for many years then started his own business, Kenco Electric. He worked with Wal-Mart stores all over the United States for 18 years. Ken loved his life and spending time with his family, grandchildren, and animals. He loved having his miniature Yorkie, Barbie, by his side. We will miss this wonderful man.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Ann Wyche of Cuero; daughter, Kimberle Slovacek and husband, David, of Cuero; son, Shane Wyche and wife, Angela, of Denham Springs, Louisiana; brother, Bill Wyche of California; grandchildren, Dustin Slovacek of Cuero, Dylan Slovacek and wife, Kaylan, of Cuero, Christopher Wyche and wife, Amber, of Beeville, Brian Wyche and wife, Lidia, of George West, Christian Coleson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Maya Hernandez of Baton Rouge, and Sidney Rain Wyche of Denham Springs, Louisiana; and great-grandchildren, Mia Grace Slovacek, Easton Skelton, Blake Skelton, and Weston Slovacek, all of Cuero, Brody McBee and Kole Wyche, both of George West, and soon-to-be Jackson Slovacek of Cuero.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Carrol Wyche.

A private family memorial service was held on Sunday, Jan. 22.
